- Holds a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.

- Brings 8 years of experience in Corporate Governance, Legal Compliance, and SEBI Regulations.

- Replaces Ms. Lalitha Padmanabhan, who resigned from the same roles.

- No prior relationship with Directors, KMP, or Promoter group of the Company.
