• Mr. Sudheendra P Ghali appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years, from FY 2025-26 to 2029-30.

• M/s. T. Sriram, Mehta & Tadimalla, Chartered Accountants, appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26.
