đ Update: Ansal Properties' Fernhill Project Creditors Meeting Scheduled for April 21, 2026
- The 51st Committee of Creditors meeting for Ansal Properties' Fernhill project in Gurgaon, Haryana is scheduled for April 21, 2026.
- The Fernhill project has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since November 16, 2022, following an NCLAT order dated January 13, 2023.
- As per an NCLAT order dated January 7, 2026, the CIRP is now confined to the Lucknow and Rajasthan projects.
- The Serene Residency project in Greater Noida had its resolution plan approved by NCLT on October 6, 2025.
- The Fernhill project is managed by Resolution Professional Shri Jalesh Kumar Grover.
