- The company does not meet any of the three SEBI conditions for 'Large Corporate' classification: 1) Listed securities on recognized exchange, 2) Outstanding long-term borrowing of Rs 1000 crores or above, 3) Credit rating of 'AA'/'AA+'/'AAA' for unsupported bank borrowings or plain vanilla bonds.

- As a result, initial disclosure requirements for the financial year 2026–2027 are not applicable.
