🚀 DevX Signs India’s Largest Development Deal: 8 Lakh Sq. Ft. Office Expansion

• Signed India's largest development management deal for an 8 lakh sq. ft. commercial office tower in Ahmedabad.

• Deal valued at over ₹850 crore in total rentals, targeting annual revenue of ₹120 crore upon completion.

• Located in Ambli-Bopal, it will be a Grade A+ green campus adding 8,500 seats.

• Investment of ₹100 crore over four years for expansion.

• Project expected to be ready in 2.5 to 3 years.

• Existing 3.15 lakh sq. ft. campus in the same area has 95% occupancy and generates ₹36 crore in revenue.

• Ahmedabad's growth, including the upcoming Commonwealth Games, is a key driver for the project.
