• Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZL) announced the effective date of amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary Adani Harbour Services Limited (AHSL).

• The effective date of the scheme is April 21, 2026.

• The scheme was sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and filed with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on April 21, 2026.

• This follows initial intimation provided on April 1, 2026, regarding the amalgamation under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
