- Mr. Vrushank Balkrushna Patel appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for five years, effective February 10, 2026

- Appointment subject to shareholder approval at upcoming General Meeting

- Replaces Mr. Sarang Pathak, who resigned as Director

- Mr. Patel has background in civil engineering (studied up to 4th year) and experience in real estate development, ceramic tile manufacturing, green energy generation, and import/trading of natural resources since 2013

- Not related to any other directors and not debarred from holding directorship by SEBI or any other authority
