- Board approved consent for terminal assignment on March 26, 2026

- Transfer involves 36,000 MT ammonia storage terminal at Pipavav Port

- Based on Framework Agreement dated June 19, 2025

- Terminal will be transferred from Aegis Logistics to Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited

- Separate Business Transfer Agreement to be executed upon project completion
