🚂 Aegis Logistics Subsidiaries Sign Framework Agreement for LPG Rail & Bottling Plant at New Mangalore Port

• Aegis Logistics subsidiaries Sea Lord Containers Limited (SCL) and Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL) executed a Framework Agreement on January 30, 2026.

• AVTL will engage SCL to set up and develop LPG Rail Loading Infrastructure and a Bottling Plant at New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA).

• SCL will receive INR 52.50 crore from AVTL upon execution of the agreement.

• Upon project completion, SCL will execute separate Asset Transfer Agreement(s) with AVTL.
