- The encumbrance is linked to a USD 30,000,000 external commercial borrowing facility.

- The value of the encumbered shares is approximately INR 11,065,020,224.30, providing a security cover ratio of 4.05:1.

- Post-encumbrance, 49.79% of the total promoter shareholding in TANFAC is now encumbered.

- The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each and are pending a sub-division into shares of Rs. 5 each, approved for early 2026.
