• The allotment was approved by the Investment Committee of EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited (previously Edelweiss Real Assets Managers Limited).

• Units were issued as part of acquiring 100% of Kudgi Transmission Limited from Infrastructure Yield Plus II (IYP II), IYP IIA, and India Infrastructure Yield Plus II (IIYP II).

• Notification of the transaction has been submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for record updates.
