- Facility upgrades to be completed by September 2026, with operations starting same month.

- Shift Kerala bottling operations from third-party to in-house for improved efficiency and quality.

- Currently sells ~150,000 cases/month in Kerala; plans to launch new products in Kerala, nearby states, and for export.

- Expected operational benefits and margin improvements as part of strategy to become pan-India player.
