🔍 ATV Projects India Revises Warrant Price – Key Updates Ahead of AGM

- Convertible warrant price revised to ₹40.80 (previously ₹41.50) per warrant, as per July 31, 2025 valuation addendum.

- Up to 25 lakh warrants to be issued to promoter Mahalaxmi Import Export Pvt Ltd, raising ₹10.2 Cr.

- Warrants convertible within 18 months (25% payment upfront, 75% at conversion).

- Funds allocated: ₹2.6 Cr for capex, ₹2.5 Cr for working capital, ₹5.1 Cr for general corporate needs.

- Promoter’s stake to rise from 0.78% to 5.24% if all warrants convert.

- AGM scheduled for August 16, 2025 (virtual mode).
