- Independent Director Mr. Chandrashekhar Bhave concludes his second term, ceasing as director effective May 16, 2026.
- Mr. Rohit Mundhra transitions from Internal Auditor to Regional Head of Operations (Rajasthan) effective May 2, 2026, and ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel.
- Mr. Ravi Sharma, Head of Risk and Compliance (Partner Ecosystem), takes on the additional role of Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 while remaining a Senior Management Personnel.
- Mr. Hitesh Shah, Head of Pharma Business, is re-designated as Chief Business Officer for Pharmacy and Food Services, overseeing both businesses from May 2, 2026, and remains a Senior Management Personnel.
- Mr. Stephen Thomas, Head of Food Services, will report to Mr. Hitesh Shah and ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel due to reporting structure changes effective May 2, 2026.
