Bank of India Extends Executive Director’s Term by 3 Years 📅

- Bank of India extends Shri Subrat Kumar’s term as Executive Director for 3 years beyond the original end date of 20.11.2025.

- The extension is effective until further orders, whichever comes first.

- The decision was made by the Central Government under the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970.
