• Full year revenue from operations: ₹13,644.78 crore (down from ₹15,917.21 crore previous year)

• Net profit for the year: ₹128.28 crore (significantly lower than ₹1,240.19 crore prior year)

• Coal production for the year: 35.52 million tonnes (compared to 40.50 million tonnes previous year)

• Revised pricing effective April 1, 2026: ₹13,403/MT for Prime Coking Coal and ₹10,937/MT for Medium Coking Coal

• Approved new evacuation charges for washery products: ₹731/₹878 per MT for Washed Coal at 65% recovery

• Performance incentive and discount (up to 10%) waived for power consumers lifting beyond 100% of annual contracted quantity
