Birla Corporation AGM Update: New Articles of Association Approved 🏛️

- The 105th AGM of Birla Corporation was held on 22nd December 2025 after being adjourned from 15th September 2025.

- Members approved a new set of Articles of Association via special resolution.

- The Calcutta High Court ordered a 1-month delay in implementation (order dated 22.12.2025) and required any appeals to be resolved within that period.

- The Board had initially approved the AoA changes on 9th May 2025.

- The updated AoA will be available on the company website (www.birlacorporation.com) as per SEBI rules.
