🔍 CBI Searches RCOM Director's Residence in Investigation

• CBI conducted a search and seizure operation on May 09, 2026 at the residence of Smt. Grace Thomas, Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Reliance Communications Ltd (RCOM).

• Grace Thomas is also an erstwhile director of Reliance Telecom Limited (RTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of RCOM.

• Officials seized personal details, a copy of a forensic audit report by BDO India LLP for RCOM, Reliance Infratel Limited, and RTL, and one box file containing accounts records and income tax computations of RTL.

• RCOM states that the operation is not expected to have any impact on its financials or operations.

• RCOM is currently under corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with protections under IBC provisions.
