• Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL), a material subsidiary of Choice International Limited, has been declared the Successful Resolution Applicant for Feedback Infra Private Limited under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

• CCSPL received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Resolution Professional of Feedback Infra Private Limited, confirming approval of the Resolution Plan by the Committee of Creditors with requisite majority.
