• Gross NPA reduced to 1.91% (₹1,273.08 crore) in March 2026 from 3.09% (₹1,538.17 crore) in March 2025

• Recommended a dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY 2025-26

• Approved issuance of bonus shares in a 1:3 ratio
