- CLC Industries Limited (formerly Spentex Industries Limited) has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to shift its registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra.

- The approval was granted by the Regional Director, RD Noida, under Order ID Sec 13(4)/ROC Delhi/AB2797631/RD Noida/2025 dated July 8, 2025.

- The new registered office will be located in Maharashtra, moving from the previous address at A-60, Okhla Industrial Area Phase II, New Delhi.

- The change is aimed at improving business effectiveness and operational convenience.
