• Q4 EBITDA: ₹902 Cr (₹1,023/ton), up significantly from ₹602 Cr in Q3

• Full-year EBITDA: ₹3,083 Cr (₹1,027/ton)

• Q4 PAT: ₹394 Cr | Full-year PAT: ₹1,157 Cr

• Cement sales volume grew 3% YoY in Q4

• Debt reduced to ₹3,900 Cr in FY26 from ₹6,456 Cr in FY24

• Expansion projects: Belgaum, Kadapa, Pune grinding units (~₹3,200 Cr spent last 2 years)
