- Total income assessed at ₹1,596.53 Cr vs. returned income of ₹1,086.46 Cr.

- Demand raised: ₹249.27 Cr (includes penal interest).

- Company claims MAT credit under Section 115JAA & DRP directions were ignored.

- DRP’s directions (based on Delhi HC ruling for AY 2014-15) could have reduced tax by ₹172.82 Cr.

- Legal action planned; rectification & stay of demand to be filed.
