- Appointment of Mr. Sandeep Anand as Chief Marketing Officer and Business Head of Pizza Hut, effective April 6, 2026.

- Mr. Sandeep Anand replaces Mr. Vijay Gogate as CEO of Pizza Hut.

- Appointment of Mr. Robinder Singh as Business Head of Costa Coffee & Airports, effective April 6, 2026.

- Both appointments are designated as Senior Management Personnel.

- Mr. Sandeep Anand has 22 years of experience in food and FMCG sectors, previously with Americana (KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardees).

- Mr. Robinder Singh has over 18 years of experience, previously Chief Operating Officer at Paradise Biryani.
