🌍 Devyani International Expands Global Footprint with Major Investment in Thailand's KFC Operations

• Investment of ~THB 1,210 Mn (~INR 3,473 Mn) in Restaurants Development Co., Ltd. (RD), which operates 274 KFC restaurants in Thailand

• Funds will partially retire DID's debt (~THB 810 Mn/~INR 2,325 Mn) and support RD's working capital and capital expenditure (~THB 400 Mn/~INR 1,148 Mn)

• Post-investment ownership: DID holds 49% and Yellow Palm Co., Ltd. holds 51% of RD

• Transactions expected to be completed by June 30, 2026
