• Eco Recycling Ltd. approved acquisition of the remaining 21.74% stake in subsidiary Ecoreco Park Pvt Ltd (EPPL), making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

• Acquisition cost is ₹193.25 lakhs (approx. ₹38.65 per share), based on valuation by registered valuer Mr. Dinesh Kumar Deora.

• EPPL is involved in developing recycling parks and industrial parks, with investment income of ₹31.10 lakhs in FY 2024-25.

• Goal is to consolidate ownership for advancing Eco Recycling's vision of creating an Integrated Circular Economy Park.
