• Subsidiary EIE Renewables acquired 49% equity in PRA Bihar Bess for ₹15.51 crore

• Will acquire remaining 51% equity within 60 days after project commissioning

• Project supported by Viability Gap Funding up to ₹27 lakh per MWh

• Total project capital expenditure approximately ₹150 crore
