👔 Firstsource Solutions Announces Key Board Appointments & Re-appointment

• Dr. Rajiv Kumar re-appointed as Non-executive, Independent Director for a second 3-year term, effective May 3, 2027, continuing beyond age 75.

• Mr. Paras Kumar Chowdhary appointed as Additional Non-executive, Independent Director for a 3-year term, effective March 1, 2026, continuing beyond age 75.

• Dr. Rajiv Kumar is Chairman of Pahle India Foundation and former Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, with extensive experience in academia, government, and industry.

• Mr. Paras Kumar Chowdhary, age 74, has over 45 years of experience in strategy, finance, sales, and marketing, including roles as Managing Director of CEAT Limited and President of Apollo Tyres Limited.

• Both directors are not related to any existing directors and are not debarred from holding director positions by regulatory authorities.
