- The Annual Secretarial Compliance Report is submitted under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

- Trading in shares of the company was suspended w.e.f. 15.12.2025 and revoked by exchanges vide notice/circular dated 15.04.2026, effective from 09.04.2026.

- The report confirms compliance with SEBI Regulations except for matters specified in Annexure 'A'.

- No actions were taken by SEBI or Stock Exchanges against the company/promoters/directors/subsidiaries during the review period.

- Performance evaluation of the Board, Independent Directors, and Committees was conducted as per SEBI Regulations.

- No resignation by Statutory Auditors of the company during the review period.

- Additional non-compliances, if any, are specified in Annexure 'A'.
