- Communications sent via email and post to encourage KYC updates and dividend claims.

- Shareholders must update PAN, contact details, bank account info, and nomination details through their Depository Participant or by submitting forms to MUFG Intime India Private Limited.

- Unclaimed dividends held for 7 consecutive years will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

- Shareholders can reclaim transferred dividends by filing e-form IEPF-5.
