Gravita India Acquires RMIL for ₹559 Crores 📈

• Gravita India acquired 98.95% equity stake in Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited (RMIL) for ₹559.08 crores via cash payment.

• RMIL manufactures copper and copper alloy products and exports to UAE, USA, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, and Indonesia.

• As of March 31, 2025, RMIL had a net worth of ₹300 crores, total assets of ₹558 crores, and turnover of ₹910 crores.

• RMIL showed consistent revenue growth: ₹598 crores (FY22-23), ₹688 crores (FY23-24), ₹910 crores (FY24-25).
