🚚 Harsha Engineers Shifts Operations to New Plant – What You Need to Know

- Harsha Engineers' subsidiary Advantek has fully relocated operations from a leased plant to a new facility as of October 31, 2025.

- The new plant is located at Survey No. 376 to 379, TA: Bavla, Bhayla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382220.

- The leased premises (Plot No. A-17, Survey 431, Steel Town, Sarkhej Bavla Road) have been completely vacated.

- No material financial impact is expected from this shift.

- In FY25, the leased plant contributed ₹768.11 lakhs (0.55%) to consolidated turnover and ₹79.57 lakhs (0.89%) to consolidated PAT.

- The move was driven by the completion of plant and machinery relocation.
