- Hindware Home Innovation Ltd increased its stake in Hintastica Pvt Ltd (HPL) through a rights issue subscription.

- HPL allotted 1,50,00,000 equity shares to Hindware on 4th June, 2026.

- Post-allotment, Hindware’s shareholding in HPL rose to 96.6% of HPL’s paid-up share capital.
