📢 Important Update: Bombay Oxygen Investments Ltd Shares Transferring to IEPF

• Unclaimed shares are being transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) due to seven consecutive years of unclaimed dividends (FY 2018-19 to 2024-25)

• Shareholders must claim dividends by August 26, 2026 by submitting required forms and documents to Registrar MUFG Intime India Private Limited

• Physical shares will be canceled and reissued to IEPF; demat shares will be transferred via corporate action

• After transfer, shareholders can reclaim shares/dividends by filing Form IEPF-5 online (www.iepf.gov.in) and submitting physical documents to the company

• Reminder notices were published in The Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on April 28, 2026

• Individual communications were sent to affected shareholders
