• Mr. Ganesh Sankaran (Head - Wholesale Banking Group) and Mr. Jagdeep Mallareddy (Head - Consumer Banking) appointed as Executive Directors for 3 years

• Executive appointees will serve as Executive Director - Designate from April 24, 2026 until appointments take effect
