• Infosys Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited, will incorporate a new wholly owned subsidiary in Australia.

• The new subsidiary will be named 'Infosys Enterprise Business Services Pty. Ltd.' or an alternative name available in the commercial register.

• The incorporation was approved by the Board of Infosys Singapore Pte Ltd on March 18, 2026.
