📈 International Conveyors Q1 FY27: Income & Profits Surge Quarter-on-Quarter

• Standalone total income for Q1 FY27 (June 30, 2026) was ₹18,477 lakhs, up from ₹8,530 lakhs in the previous quarter.

• Standalone profit before tax for Q1 FY27 was ₹15,222 lakhs, a major increase from ₹703 lakhs in the previous quarter.

• Standalone profit after tax for Q1 FY27 was ₹12,022 lakhs, compared to ₹511 lakhs in the previous quarter.

• Consolidated total income for Q1 FY27 was ₹18,237 lakhs, up from ₹8,658 lakhs in the previous quarter.

• Consolidated profit before tax for Q1 FY27 was ₹15,185 lakhs, a sharp rise from ₹594 lakhs in the previous quarter.

• Consolidated profit after tax for Q1 FY27 was ₹11,982 lakhs, compared to ₹399 lakhs in the previous quarter.

• Standalone basic EPS for Q1 FY27 was ₹18.85, up from ₹0.80 in the previous quarter. Consolidated basic EPS was ₹18.79, up from ₹0.63.

• A key driver of profitability was a profit on investment of ₹142.80 lakhs in Q1 FY27, which included ₹141.58 lakhs from mark-to-market adjustments.

• Segment-wise, the Investment segment contributed the largest segment result (profit before tax & interest) of ₹14,339 lakhs in Q1 FY27, compared to a loss of ₹999 lakhs in the previous quarter.

• The Conveyor Belts segment revenue was ₹3,549 lakhs (standalone) and ₹3,301 lakhs (consolidated) for Q1 FY27.
