- He is the current Chairman of United Way of India and has held positions including Vice Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce, Mumbai.

- He holds a business degree from the Wharton School of Business and an engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

- There is no change in the constitution of the Board Committees due to this immediate re-appointment.
