• Preliminary, non-binding offer to sell Solapur Yedeshi NH211 (Maharashtra) and Chittorgarh Gulabpura NH79 (Rajasthan) highway assets.

• Total of 1,144 lane kilometers involved in the potential transaction.

• Combined enterprise value of the two assets is approximately ₹4,663 crores as of March 31, 2026.

• Part of IRB's B.E.S.T. strategy to recycle capital from mature assets into new growth opportunities.

• If completed, the deal would increase IRB InvIT Fund's enterprise value to approximately ₹23,000 crores.
