• Appointed three new Additional Directors (Non-Executive) on April 27, 2026: Mrs. Aksha Mohit Kamboj, Mr. Sukumar Anand Shetty, and Ms. Vaishali Sharad Lad

• Mrs. Aksha Mohit Kamboj has experience in bullion, hospitality, real estate, and infrastructure, and is Vice President of the India Bullion & Jewellers Association (IBJA)

• Mr. Sukumar Anand Shetty has expertise in financial management, treasury operations, and business administration, with background in corporate finance and banking relationships

• Ms. Vaishali Sharad Lad has over 14 years of experience in treasury operations, investment decisions, and financial planning, currently serving as Director - Treasury at Aspect Global Group

• None of the appointees are related to any existing directors or debarred from holding director positions

• Appointments are part of a management change process following an open offer by Aspect Global Ventures Private Limited

• All three appointees are also directors of the Acquirer
