🏛️ Jaiprakash Associates and UltraTech Cement Reach ₹1,000 Crore Settlement

- UltraTech Cement will pay ₹1,000 crores to Jaiprakash Associates as settlement proceeds.

- All claims and liabilities tied to Series A Redeemable Preference Shares worth ₹1,000 crores will be extinguished upon payment.

- UltraTech retains full rights to operate the JP Super Plant and mines in blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 at Kajrahat, Uttar Pradesh.

- The settlement was reached through arbitration and consented to by both parties on March 25, 2026.
