• Mr. Ashish Kundra appointed as Additional Rotational Director starting April 23, 2026

• Mr. Pravin Raghavendra appointed as Additional Independent Director for 3-year term from April 23, 2026 to April 22, 2029

• Ashish Kundra brings extensive government experience including Commissioner & Secretary roles in Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh

• Pravin Raghavendra has prior experience as Deputy Managing Director (Agri & SME) and Chief General Manager at SBI

• Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval
