Jindal Steel's Q3 & 9M FY26 Results: Record Production, Expansion Updates 📈

• Invested ₹273.5 crore in Jindal Steel Odisha Limited for a 6 MTPA steel plant expansion.

• Commissioned a 1,050 MW power plant and a 0.2 MTPA coal mine.

• 3 MTPA Basic Oxygen Furnace-III on track for Q4 FY26 commissioning.

• Standalone Q3 revenue: ₹13,559.05 crore; 9M revenue: ₹38,088.07 crore.

• Standalone Q3 net profit: ₹672.53 crore; 9M net profit: ₹3,217.10 crore.

• Consolidated Q3 revenue: ₹13,026.63 crore; 9M revenue: ₹37,006.99 crore.

• Consolidated Q3 net profit: ₹188.58 crore; 9M net profit: ₹2,319.63 crore.

• Exceptional items of ₹52.80 crore (standalone) and ₹54.56 crore (consolidated) due to provisions for new labour codes.

• Q3 consolidated steel production: 2.51 million tonnes (up 25% QoQ).

• Q3 consolidated steel sales: 2.28 million tonnes (up 22% QoQ).

• Consolidated net debt: ₹15,443 crore as of December 31, 2025; net debt/EBITDA at 1.72x.
