- Mr. Satish Vasant Ghatge appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director (14 July 2025–13 July 2030), bringing 40+ years in logistics & auto dealerships.

- Mr. Vasudev Narayan Tumbe joins as Non-Executive Independent Director (same term), with 37 years of experience, including at Mahindra & Mahindra and Ssangyong Motor.

- Ms. Sharvari Sham Kulkarni (9+ years as Company Secretary) proposed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 to 2029-30, pending approval.
