KELTECH Energies Appoints Two New Independent Directors 👔

• Mr. Satish Vasant Ghatge appointed as Additional Non-Executive Director (to be regularized as Non-Executive Independent Director)

• Mr. Vasudev Narayan Tumbe appointed as Additional Non-Executive Director (to be regularized as Non-Executive Independent Director)

• Both appointments for a 5-year term from 14 July 2025 to 13 July 2030

• Mr. Ghatge is a Graduate Engineer with over 40 years experience in management, logistics, and auto dealerships

• Mr. Tumbe is M.Com, A.C.M.A (Cost Accountant) with 37 years experience, including as VP & CFO at Ssangyong Motor Company, South Korea

• Both directors are not related to any existing Directors/Key Managerial Personnel

• Appointments approved by Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors on 7th July 2025
