• Mr. Vasudev Narayan Tumbe appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director (DIN: 10667983)

• Mr. Ghatge is a Graduate Engineer with over 40 years of experience in management, logistics services, and auto dealerships

• Mr. Tumbe is M.Com, A.C.M.A (Cost Accountant) with 37 years of experience, including roles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and Ssangyong Motor Company

• Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
