- Ennature Bio Pharma has appointed him as an Additional Director (Executive Director) & Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 31, 2026.

- Subject to shareholder approval, his appointment as Executive Director is proposed for a 5-year term, from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2031.

- Shri Akshay Bansal is 52 years old and brings 26 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and nicotine industries.

- He holds an MBA and has previously worked with companies like Mankind Pharma Ltd. and Glenmark Generics Ltd.
