• Shareholders holding physical shares must provide PAN, nomination choice, contact details, bank account details, and specimen signature.

• Failure to provide these details will restrict shareholders from lodging grievances or using services from the Registrar and Transfer Agent.

• Starting April 1, 2024, payments (dividends, interest, redemptions) for non-compliant folios will only be made electronically.

• Documents can be submitted via In Person Verification (IPV), self-attested hard copies, or electronic mode with e-sign.
