🚂 Leadership Shift at RVNL: Shri Saleem Ahmad Takes Over as New CMD

- Shri Sukhmal Chand Jain ceased as Chairman & Managing Director of RVNL effective 23.12.2025.

- Shri Saleem Ahmad (DIN: 10119432) appointed as new Chairman & Managing Director of RVNL effective 23.12.2025.

- Shri Saleem Ahmad was previously Director (Projects) at NBCC (India) Ltd. and has over 35 years of experience in infrastructure projects.

- Holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia University and has worked with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. and Mumbai Port Trust.

- Ministry of Railways approved Shri Saleem Ahmad's appointment with a salary scale of Rs.2,00,000-3,70,000/- (IDA) until his superannuation on 30.04.29 or further orders.

- Ex-post facto approval granted for Shri S.C. Jain's additional charge as CMD/RVNL from 01.09.25 to 23.12.25.
