- LTIMindtree Limited has closed its step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Nielsen+Partner PTE. LTD., in Singapore.

- The subsidiary was officially struck off by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore, effective November 28, 2025.

- Nielsen+Partner PTE. LTD. is no longer a subsidiary of LTIMindtree Limited.
